4 Spring Shoe Trends: Add these into your wardrobe!

Spring is here, and so are some great shoe trends to take you into the warmer weather! I gathered up 4 Spring Shoe Trends, and joined Amity Addrisi on New Day Northwest to share some of my favorites!

Sneakers

I love a great pair of sneakers! Lucky for me, and you, the sneaker has become an acceptable shoe most of the time. They look great with jeans and a blazer, throw them on with a cute dress…endless possibilities! This chunky style might not be for everyone, but if you have a larger foot, these can make your foot appear much smaller. Plus, the comfort is over the top! Veja sneakers are my new personal favorite! This sustainable company keeps costs down by not advertising, and lets the shoe speak for itself! Not quite into a “high top” these Goal mid tops are the perfect in-between!

Flatforms

Need a little extra height, but don’t want to be teetering around on a heel? Flatforms are your sandal! These will give you the height, while giving a nice flat solid sole for comfort and stability! These from Sorel have a fun sole detail, or you can go with a classic slide like these or these for easy slip on and go style!

Braided

You will be seeing this CUTE trend all over this Spring and Summer! A fun chunky braided strap on heels and flat sandals. This style gives such dimension to you shoe and are so flattering on the foot…not to mention they come in so many fun colors.

Embellished

We all love a little bling sometime, don’t we? These were the IT sandal of last year, and they are back! Maybe the sliver studs are a bit much for you, so you could choose a sandal with a more muted embellished look like these! Mules are one of my favorite style of shoes, and these are elevated with just some simple gold studs.

So there you have my picks! One good rule if you are hesitant about adding in a “new to you” trend, stay neutral! You notice all my picks are either black, nude or white which makes trying a new style or trend a little less intimidating! Most of all have fun! Shoes are a great way to change up any outfit, and show your personal style!
