Marshmallow Bird Nests are a sweet Easter treat! I am such a sucker for these chocolate eggs, that I start the hunt for them right after Valentines Day! They fit perfectly tucked in these nests, but how cute would a Peep look as well?
These cute little marshmallow bird nests look so cute displayed on a cute tiered tray, or use them as part of your place setting during your Easter celebration. They are a fun and unexpected little surprise when your guests sit down to dinner.
Marshmallow Birds Nests for Easter
What You’ll Need:
- 1 12oz Bag Chow Mein Noodles
- 1 10oz Bag Mini Marshmallows
- 1/2 Stick Butter
- 1 10oz Bag Chocolate Eggs
In a medium saucepan melt the butter
Add in marshmallows and stir until melted
Remove from heat and add the chow mien noodles
Stir gently until coated
Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray, add in chow mien mixture to each cup. Press gently down in the center and around the sides to create a “nest” Let cool
Remove from tin and fill with chocolate eggs, jelly beans or even peeps!
