I am a huge fan of the Fasterway to Fatloss! I’ve shared my journey here and here. In 2020 when we all went into quarantine, I kicked it into high gear in March and worked out consistently thru July…feeling strong and fit. August came and menopause hit me like a TON of bricks. Weight gain around my middle, insomnia, joint pain…all the usual menopause symptoms. I put on weight, weighing the most I ever have besides when I was pregnant.
January rolled around and I was just feeling awful and needed to feel better! I have stayed in the Fasterway VIP so I always have access to the workouts, which I love! I jumped back in with the VIP 6 week challenge knowing that I had to come out of it feeling better than when I started. Honestly, I started strong, but am ending this 6th week saying I was about 80% all in. I measured a couple weeks ago, and noticed some inches lost, but it wasn’t until I took these photos today that I really saw the difference! Yes, I have a ways to go to reach my goals, but this program works…if you do the work!

These photos have give me the motivation I needed to keep going, to really dial it in, and amp up those workouts. I also have felt better in the last 6 weeks than I have in the past 5 months. More energy, better sleep, and fewer hot flashes are some of the benefits. I know my eating habits and regular exercise are the reasons.
